The Opportunity
We’re PB Kitchens & Bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen and bathroom company based in Seaton, Devon. We’ve been designing and fitting for the best part of 30 years, with a small team and high standards, servicing clients who genuinely care about the end result.
We’re looking for an experienced kitchen fitter to join us on a permanent, employed basis - and we want to spend time finding the right person rather than fill the role quickly.
The work is high-spec bespoke installations across Devon and Dorset. The kind of projects where the client has thought carefully about what they want and chosen us because of our reputation.
If you’re the sort of fitter who notices when something’s not quite right and sorts it without being asked, and who’s tidy and respectful of clients while you’re in their home, you’d fit in well here.
What the Job Looks Like
Bespoke kitchen installations for homeowners across Devon and Dorset. Full, detailed fit-outs. You’ll be working on projects that take real skill and you’ll see them through properly.
The Package & Hours
Employed position with a permanent contract. Salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
What We’d Need From You
- Three or more years fitting kitchens
- The ability to work independently and manage your time on site
- Good with clients - you’ll be in people’s homes, often for several days at a time
- A full UK driving licence
