We're Looking for a Lead Installer.
At PB Kitchens & Bathrooms, we believe good work takes time. We don’t rush installations, cut corners or settle for “that’ll do”. For more than 30 years, we’ve built our reputation across East Devon and West Dorset by creating high-quality kitchens and bathrooms that our customers are proud of. We're now looking for another experienced installer to become one of the key people in our business. This is more than just another fitting job. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys finding solutions and gets real satisfaction from delivering an excellent finish.
The Opportunity
You’ll begin by working alongside our experienced installation team, getting to know how we work and the standards our customers expect. As you settle into the role, you’ll take responsibility for managing your own projects.
We install both kitchens and bathrooms, and the balance of work changes throughout the year. You may already be confident working across both areas, or you may have stronger experience in one and be keen to develop your skills in the other.
We’re not simply looking to fill a vacancy. We want to find someone who can build a long-term career with us and who shares our commitment to quality, craftsmanship and customer care.
Who We’re Looking For
The number of years you’ve been fitting matters less to us than your attitude, your standards and the pride you take in your work.
You’ll ideally have experience installing high-quality kitchens and/or bathrooms. You should be comfortable working independently, making decisions on site and maintaining high standards from the beginning of a project to the final finishing touches.
You’ll probably be a good fit for our team if you:

- Plan ahead and deal with potential problems before they become bigger issues.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing high-quality kitchens and bathrooms across East Devon and West Dorset.
- Managing installations from start to finish.
- Working closely with our designers, customers and trusted tradespeople.
- Planning your work carefully and solving problems as they arise.
- Maintaining consistently high standards throughout every project.
- Representing PB Kitchens & Bathrooms professionally in our customers’ homes.
